With a conversation: either drop us a message below, send us an email or give us a call. We only take on projects that make the world better, so if you want to make an app that tells people how to litter or be mean to strangers, then we're probably not interested.
But if you think you know how to make the world better, and need to chat about it to a nerd, we're interested.
Probably not. The biggest time-risk for a project is often a lack of Discovery - the tech is usually the easy part. You don't know what you don't know, so normally we advise a Discovery phase project, which will help with defining an accurate timeline for Development and Deployment.
Let me stop you there - how do you know you need an app? What is the problem you're trying to solve and how is an app going to help? What does a native mobile app offer that a web app can't? Have you spoken to any potential users? Do you have any avenues for funding?
We love working with people who have excellent well-researched ideas. You don't need to have a perfect technical brief, we're happy to help good ideas. But you should be able to demonstrate that your project addresses a clear user need and know exactly what features you want. Not every problem can be solved by an app - we're really good at cloud platforms and websites too.
We get lots of calls from people who want a 'ballpark' cost based on an idea. We can provide an accurate cost if we are provided an accurate project brief. Most of the people we work with have a clear understanding of the problem, but it can take us a long time to understand what the user need is and how technology can help. Let's start with a conversation and if we're on the same page, we'll figure out a cost together.
